Yoga day is observed every year on June 21 Since it started in June 21, 2018. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which originated in India. The Indian Prime Minister, MR. Narendra Modi, in his UN address suggested the date of 21 June, as it to the longest date of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and shares a special significance in many parts of the world. This day is celebrated across the world to highlight the benefits of including yoga in your daily routine. The theme this year (2020) is HOME & YOGA With Family, because of the Corona Virus Pandemic. Yoga can prove to be great stress buster that can improve both your physical and mental health.

During a solar eclipse the moon comes between Earth and the Sun. The Moon blocks the Sun for a time so that people on Earth cannot see it. Solar Eclipse can only happen during a new Moon.A Solar eclipse is a natural phenomenon. Early people thought that Solar eclipses happens because of something supernatural or as sign that something bad was going to happen. This is still behind in some cultures today because the sun seems to disappeared during the day and the sky turns dark in just a few minutes.

Though there cannot be only one day to show your LOVE and Affection to your Mother, It should be each and every second as mother unconditional and priceless love cannot be bind in one day. But its always happy and cheerful to celebrate Mothers Day every year with your lovable moms. on this day you can make your mother feel special. 

This day is a tribute to motherhood and there cannot be a better way celebrate it than spend time with your mother. As in this busy life of materialism celebrating and cherishing this day is like a cool blowing breeze in hot summers. 

A mother's love for her child cannot be expressed in words. She is ready to fight with all odds which comes in her child's path. There is no role in life that is more essential than that of motherhood.
